| Property inspections |
An integral part of our service is to carry out inspections of your property, the frequency of which will be decided in discussions with you, to ensure that no damage has occurred. During these inspections, we will test all appliances to make sure they are in working order, verify that your gas, electricity, water, telephone line etc. are functioning and checking for any signs of damp, mould or deterioration. The property will also be aired and any plants watered.
Any problems that may have arisen will be dealt with in accordance with the agreement made with you, the Owner. We will discuss with you the frequency you would like us to carry out these visits.
