Monthly Statement
At the beginning of every month, you will receive by email, a statement of your account with us detailing all financial transactions (income and expenses) pertaining to your property for the preceding month. You will also be able to access your account at anytime online by going to the Client page on this website and following the instructions.
Expenses Incurred
We will hold 300 euros per unit in your account so that we always have funds to pay our suppliers quickly for the repair of any faults discovered during our property inspection. All expenses incurred will be communicated along with your monthly statements and available for you to view on-line at your leisure.

When a repair exceeds 300 euros, we will contact you to inform you of the problem, the solution and the estimated cost and await your approval. However, in cases where the health or safety of the tenant is at risk or your property risks incurring further damage if immediate action is not taken we will initiate the repair work, even if it is over our 300 euro limit, and inform you immediately of the problem and the steps we are taking to resolve it. Emergency situations resulting in this action having to be taken are very rare.
Tax Declarations
For those Owners who have purchased their property through a locally registered company, when required by the Romanian authorities, The Property Management Company is also able to prepare your company's accounts and submit them to the Romanian tax authorities.
